By accepting an invitation and creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Sentinel Mesh, Erbil, Republic of Iraq.
To use Kidab during this preview you must:
Access during this preview is limited to users in the Republic of Iraq. We may expand availability in future.
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share access with others or create more than one account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. During the preview period, we may also close access with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use Kidab to:
We may remove content that violates these rules and may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated violations.
You retain ownership of the content you submit on Kidab. By submitting content, you give us permission to store and display it as part of providing the platform. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Kidab is provided as a non-commercial preview. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may change or be withdrawn at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Mesh's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform will not exceed USD 100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These limits do not apply to losses caused by our own serious wrongdoing, or to rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived. For users in the European Union, EU consumer protection law applies where it provides rights that cannot be contractually limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Erbil, Republic of Iraq.
